Dove recognizes Your Man’s Unsung Moments

Dove is celebrating Man’s Unsung Moments with the launch of its new Dove Men + Care line of personal hygiene products as well as a user-generated content (UGC) campaign to let the rest of us share our own man’s stories. The contest aims to bring awareness to the point in a man’s life when he realizes that he’s changed, and you noticed it too. Whether it was the first time he let you chose a romantic comedy at the movie store, or he cheered louder for your kids piano recital than a professional football game. Those moments truly make the man. Participants can upload a photo or video accompanied by a description or by simply writing a blog post featuring a detailed description of that moment your man became comfortable in his own skin. Blogs should not be longer than 1000 words and videos can not exceed three minutes. Celebrate Your Man’s Unsung Moments is being hosted by Brickfish, the social media marketing specialists and is using its entry platform that allows participants to view the most popular, highest ranking and most viral entries, among many more. The contest which runs from now until March 22, 2010 will select its first round of finalists based on the top 100 most viral submissions. Entrants can share their photos, videos or blogs with friends and family to attract the most traffic to their entry. The second round of judging will be based on creativity and relevance to the contest theme. From the top 100 most viral submissions a sponsor representative will select a grand prize winner and two runners up. The grand prize winner will receive either a Backyard or Living Room Makeover and a collection of Dove Men + Care products.
