I'm with you chelpixie. I think altering your conversation in any way is a big no-no. It's misleading and can appear dishonest to your audience. I like that they went with a personal persona for the @shamu account - they were looking to gain interest and obviously this account has been their most successful. I wouldn't change that in the least. That said - it doesn't mean that they can't use it as an outlet to get out their messaging as well. I'm sure Shamu wouldn't mind.Read more comments by Keith Bilous
